Alex had a great first Halloween! It was a fun-filled day. He was always such a strong baby, we decided he would dress up as Bamm Bamm Rubble (thanks for making his costume, Grammy!)
So of course Kevin and I had to continue the theme so we dressed up as Fred and Wilma Flintstone (thanks for lending us the costumes, Mel and Joe!).
Alex didn't like his hat so much...
Alex's friend Jeff and his mom Cecelia came over, and we all went trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. Then we met up with Fuqua Families (all the kids of business school students) and went trick-or-treating in another neighborhood. Then we went to our friends Dan and Ali's house to carve pumpkins and be on the other side of the trick-or-treating. (They are expecting their own little pumpkin in February!)
Finally, we went to a party at our next door neighbor's house, where Kevin, Alex and I won for best group costume!
It was a great day! (Kudos to Alex for being so portable!)
And the idea of matrimony scared him a little:
But he revved up during the reception and started to dance:

Kevin took him back to the hotel, and Mom continued to party!
